Our Policies

Due to the popularity of our classes, you must be booked into
class in advance to guarantee yourself a spot in the class. Classes must be
pre-paid to reserve a spot. Classes tend to get full; wait-listing is available. If fewer than 2
people are booked into a class 6 hours before the class is scheduled to begin,
the class may be canceled.

All memberships and class packages are non-refundable.
Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our
accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation, no-show, and
tardiness policy (see sections below).

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS given. Under some circumstances, studio
credit may be issued. There will be NO CREDIT given on workshops.

Be on Time: Every class requires a warm-up. If you are late, then you are
missing the most important part of the class. The warm-up increases muscle
efficiency reduces the potential for injuries, and prepares your body for the
movements being performed in class. Your safety is our #1 priority, therefore,
this policy must be enforced.

Contact the studio immediately if you might be late for class. If we haven’t
heard from you by the time class starts, your spot may be given to a wait-list
student and you’ll be disallowed entry.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time, whether you call
or not, you will not be able to join the class. You will be considered a "Late
Cancel"; (see cancellation policy below).

Wait List: Many popular classes fill up early. For these classes, there is a
wait-list available for interested students to claim a spot should someone
cancel their reservation.

If you are added to the active roster and don't show up, you will be listed as a
"No Show. No Shows will be subject to the cancellation policy (see below).
If a class spot opens within 4 hours of class time and you still have an active
waitlist request, you will be contacted by telephone to see if you can make the
class. If you don’t answer the phone, we may skip you over and roster the first
available student.

Age Requirements: Paradise Pole Fitness has minimum age requirements for
all our classes. Students must be at least 16 years old to attend our regular
adult classes with parental/guardian consent. A parent/guardian must come in
with any persons under the age of 18 to sign our liability waiver and provide a
valid form of identification. Once the liability waiver is signed, minors are
allowed to take the classes on their own without parent/guardian present,
unless the parent / guardian made note otherwise on the liability waiver. The
Paradise Pole Fitness instructors will maintain the right to dismiss the
underage students if they are deemed to be hindering the progress of the
adult class.
