When attending pole classes, the choice of clothing is crucial for both comfort and performance. It is advisable to wear shorts, as they facilitate better grip on the pole, allowing you to execute various moves with ease. While leggings offer comfort, they are not ideal for pole classes; instead, they may be more suitable for flow or dance-focused sessions where contact with the pole is minimal. In addition to shorts, tank tops or sports bras are recommended for tops.

For our flow classes and choreographed classes  knee pads are highly recommended as the add an extra layer of protection to your knees. Pole heels are a nice addition to pole classes however they are not required in many.

No-No's:

  • NO jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets)

  • NO LOTIONS or OILS

By preparing with the right attire and equipment, you'll foster a more enjoyable and effective learning environment.
